QI: bitesize learning resources

Learn the principles and tools of quality improvement (QI) in this series of bitesize sessions aimed at health and care professionals.

Delivered in partnership with the NHS Leadership Academy in the East of England, this fully-funded programme will feature four pre-recorded sessions to view on demand, with two live online Q&A opportunities with a registered QI professional.

Caroline Angel Health Innovation East Director of Patient Safety
Caroline Angel

Caroline is Director of Patient Safety at Health Innovation East and leads our quality improvement workstream and our regional Patient Safety Collaborative to identify and spread safer care initiatives across our region and ensure patient safety is at the core of all our programmes.

She has held quality improvement, information analytics and performance management roles in multiple NHS trusts, strategic health authorities and the Department of Health and worked on several national improvement programmes, including the successful Healthcare Associated Infections programme. Caroline holds a postgraduate diploma in leadership and management in public services and is an Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) Improvement Advisor.
