The AHSN Network is supporting an initiative to create local NHS innovation hubs

The Adopting Innovation programme from the Health Foundation supports the aims of the national NHS Reset Campaign, a partnership between NHS Confederation, the Health Foundation and the AHSN Network to bring together learnings from around the country about the impact of the coronavirus pandemic.

It will help provider organisations establish four innovation hubs across the UK in collaboration with local health systems and AHSNs with up to £475,000 funding per hub.

COVID-19 further highlighted the importance of creating the conditions for innovations and technologies to be more rapidly embedded and for health systems to be able to respond to constant change.

These new hubs will act ascentres of expertise and support to buildknowledge, skills and confidence to successfully adopt and adaptinnovations in local health economies.

This programme is open for application until 11 November 2020.
